In her Instagram stories, Carolina Dieckmann said that she did intermittent fasting and ate only once a day. “I’m very greedy, I’ve always been a big eater. But to make the film I wanted to lose weight. I fasted for 24 hours and ate once a day.”

The actress emphasized that everything was done with specialized help. “It was very difficult at first, but I had medical supervision, I took several vitamins, and everything went well. I didn’t catch any flu.

Carolina also commented that the intense period of preparation for the character is currently affecting her. “My stomach has slowed down a bit, I’m still a little under the effect of this radical fast.”
