Carolina Marconi and the last chemo: “It was hard, but life is beautiful”

Her arms in the sky like an Olympic champion, her smile moved: the victory of Carolina Marconi is worthy of a gold medal. The Venezuelan showgirl, model and actress celebrates the latest chemotherapy with a photograph posted on Instagram, at the end of a long and painful path to defeat breast cancer, discovered by chance by doing the necessary tests for assisted fertilization.

Carolina Marconi, 43 years old, received a very sweet surprise organized by comrade Alessandro Tulli, former footballer, always by his side in these months of suffering: a little one festicciola, set up in the hospital room with the nurses. And a billboard that reads “Goal achieved, warrior”.

Moved and smiling, the showgirl commented on this moment, sharing her (very strong) emotions on social media: «Here I am guys, I haven’t disappeared. I wanted to write a nice post for my last chemo but unfortunately the pains of the bones have left me no way out. The last one was really tough and the recovery was very slow. Nevertheless I wanted to share my joy with you: I finally finished chemotherapy on November 10th, it doesn’t seem true to me. For me it will be an important date that I will always remember. That day I was very excited and worried at the same time, I wanted to dress pretty in an army green dress color to feel a little “Soldier Jane”. But immediately dismounted by Ale who as soon as he saw me said: “But did you get dressed in the dark?” 😂 I remember that day when he always tells me he had a business appointment and he couldn’t accompany me ..go to Gemelli in the taxi with mom and Betty, and me what ?? of poop 🥺. It takes and goes, without an explanation. Here comes the taxi it was all true, I could not believe it, it had abandoned me at the most important moment. You can imagine my face was all a saying ..👹For the whole trip, I did nothing but insult him with my mother and sister for not accompanying me. I felt for the first time alone, betrayed, it was all so absurd. We arrive at the clinic, my nurse Nando was there and I begin to cry and he asked me what I had: “Ale is an asshole” I repeated, “he didn’t come”. I immediately fell asleep during the therapy, only after a while did I realize that Ale had brought into the room with my cousin Pamela pastries and a bottle to uncork for all the nurses to thank them for their support on this tough journey. Only in the evening, once I got home, did I realize that he and my family had organized me an incredible party with my closest friends, my family, my little sister in law. A day that I will never forget for all the affection they had and have always shown me ».

Now for Carolina Marconi a new chapter of life opens. And, who knows, maybe a mom adventure, as she always wanted. Greetings, warrior.
