“Carramba! What a surprise »: the reruns return to Raiuno from 13 July

The good listening result obtained from the episode broadcast in a hurry on July 5, the day of his death, led Raiuno to invest in the experiment and to propose again the most beautiful appointments of Carramba! What a surprise, one of Raffaella Carrà’s most successful and famous programs, throughout the summer. It starts on Tuesday 13 July at 21.25 and we will continue with all the stories, emotions and surprises of a show that managed to demonstrate, if needed, the talent of an attentive, meticulous and, above all, human hostess.

The first episode, broadcast on 21 December 1995, was revived on Raiuno 26 years later, obtaining 2,581,000 spectators equal to 13.8% share despite the technical problem of the format adaptation that led the rerun to start just before 10pm instead of immediately after the special episode of Techetecheté in honor of Raffaella Carrà a few hours after the news of her death. “A tribute to the artist” most loved by Italians “”, reads the press release issued by the public service. «On Raiuno, from Tuesday 13 July, at 21.25, the tape will be rewound to see the great Raffaella Carrà in action from the Auditorium television studios in Rome in one of the most successful Saturday evening programs. A journey that lasted many years and entered forever in the hearts and collective memory, opening the doors to a television genre that still accompanies us ».

It was Roberto Cerulli, governor of the Brotherhood of Mercy of Porto Santo Stefano, the city where his remains will rest, to tell, in fact, that Carrà, a few weeks before his death, chose to donate one of her properties to the Confraternity and a respirator for the Grosseto hospital.
