The body of the newborn baby Ana Beatriz, missing since Friday (11) in the municipality of Novo Lino (AL), was found in the backyard of the family house on Tuesday (15).
In another unfolding of the case, a video shows the moment when police invade the house to search for the baby. In the shoot you can see that the agents enter the residence through the window in the first moment.

According to the Civil Police, the main suspicion and mother of the baby, confessed that she killed her own daughter, asphyxiated with a pillow. The corpse was in a closet near cleaning products.
The information was confirmed by the Civil Police in a press conference held on Tuesday afternoon. A video shows where the body was found.
About the case
Ana Beatriz disappeared on the morning of Friday (11), in the municipality of Novo Lino (AL), located 100 kilometers from Maceió, when she was only 15 days.
Since the child’s disappearance, all public security forces in Alagoas have been mobilized. Initially, the mother reported that the baby was torn from her arms by four criminals at a bus stop on the banks of BR-101.
However, the investigations revealed inconsistencies in the mother’s initial testimony. Witnesses and the analysis of security cameras contradicted the version of a kidnapping on the highway.
Delegate Igor Diego reported that the various versions presented by the mother made it difficult for investigations. In all, there were five different versions reported to the police by the mother about her daughter’s disappearance.
With the confession and location of the body, the Civil Police considers the initial phase of the investigation completed. The mother was filed in the act and awaits custody hearing.
Police seek to determine whether third party participation in the concealment of the body and whether the mother’s version of the dynamics of the child’s death is totally true.
