The Public Prosecution Service of São Paulo denounced 18 military police officers for involvement in the death of the businessman and whistleblower of CCP Vinícius Gritzbach.
The agents were denounced by criminal organization. The information was confirmed to CNN by MPSP.
On April 16, the São Paulo Military Police Office completed the inquiry into the involvement of PMs in the death of Vinícius Gritzbach.
Gritzbach was shot dead on November 8, 2024 at the exit of Guarulhos International Airport.
Remember the case
The murder took place near Terminal 2 at Guarulhos airport. The Military Police confirmed that the shots took place around 4:10 pm on November 8, 2024.
Also according to the PM, about five individuals landed from a black vehicle and fired at the businessman. A car with the characteristics was located abandoned on an avenue near the airport.
Images from the airport safety circuit show two men coming down from a car in the departure and landing area, while the whistleblower was preparing to enter a vehicle.
