An operation of the São Paulo Public Prosecution Service (MPSP) and the Civil Police Office, launched on the morning of Tuesday (4), is fulfilled search and seizure warrants against a Delegate suspected of involvement with Antonio Vinícius Gritzbach CCP whistleblower at Guarulhos airport last year.
The action is another unfolding of the investigation into the case, which investigates the execution of the entrepreneur and the connection of public security agents with the First Command of the Capital (CCP) faction.
In all, 26 people have already been detained for involvement in the case. Among them are 17 military police, five civil police officers and four people related to the man named as the “scout” of the execution, who remains at large.
According to the calculation of CNN Gritzbach had reported the involvement of SP police with CCP members in a statement a few days before being murdered. The whistleblower would also have promised, in the agreement, to deliver the “hierarchy” of the operation involving the criminal faction and the police.
Remember the case
The murder took place near Terminal 2 at Guarulhos airport. The Military Police confirmed that the shots took place around 4:10 pm on November 8, 2024.
Also according to the PM, about five individuals landed from a black vehicle and fired at the businessman. A car with the characteristics was located abandoned on an avenue near the airport.
Images from the airport safety circuit show two men coming down from a car in the departure and landing area, while the whistleblower was preparing to enter a vehicle. In the scene, Gritzbach notices the movement after the first shot, and tries to jump the wall, but ends up shot by the shots.
