Empowerment is not just a word, it is measured in the actions, in the lives that we touch and in the change we inspire ».

«I asked myself the same question: I think the key is honesty. I don’t do everything myself, I have the support of my husband, I receive help, I work with a fantastic team and I also learned to let go of perfection. We must fight the myth by remaining open in talking about our difficulties and limits. My goal is not to be a superdonna, but a real woman, showing that success and failure, ambition and vulnerability, can coexist ».

“We can get more together, than alone”: it is a powerful motto, but what happens when there are rivalries, ego, differences in status? What do you need today – in practice – to move from the slogan to the concrete action in the female empowerment, especially for girls who do not start with the same opportunities?
“It takes humility, active listening and a shared mission that is greater than individual ambition. We create spaces where the collaboration is rewarded more than the competition. For young women, mentoring programs and access to opportunities are crucial. This is the reason why we finance programs at the local level – to create equal opportunities and ensure that the Empowerment is not only reserved for a few privileged “.
On the 2025 tour crossed Rome, the Amalfi Coast, Calabria and Sicily. What concrete projects will be financed thanks to this Italian edition, and why did you choose Italy for this stage?
“This year, we support educational projects for girls in the rural areas of South Africa through Sumbandila, integration projects with Save the Children UK supporting the Baby Bank Alliance, and the Children International Fund that operates globally. In Calabria, we support the Grace Ets Association that provides assistance to women who face difficult situations. In Sicily, our support goes to the Thamaia di Catania association, an organization engaged in raising awareness against violence against women and girls, while it offers a fundamental support to those who are affected. Italy is a special place for cash & rocket – history, beauty, challenges. It is symbolic to guide through such a culturally rich country while promoting inclusion and education ».
