The net profit of the health services company increased to 849 million dollars or 1.44 dollars per share, from 699 million dollars or 1.19 dollars per share a year ago.
Excluding the extraordinary, the adjusted earnings per share of $ 1.83 were higher than $ 1.68.
Total revenue rose 24% to $ 37.19 billion, compared with estimates for $ 34.52 billion.
For 2022, the company upgraded its earnings per share estimates to $ 5.4-5.55 from a previous estimate of $ 5.3-5.5.
