Chancellor with the second Merz: Elected with 325 votes in afternoon vote

Friedrich Mertz is the new Chancellor of Germany as he was elected with 325 votes in the second vote in the Bundestag for 289 and three white. 618 votes were counted. The second vote began shortly after 16:00 in the afternoon (Greek time) as the first, in the morning, came to an unprecedented fiasco. According to the CDU/CSU parliamentary group, all of the German parliamentary parliamentary groups have agreed to complete the Chancellor election before Friday. Prior to the vote, Stephen Billger opened the debate before the second vote, stressing that it has to do with “the ability of the state to act and the functioning of democracy”, and made it clear that Germany needs a government.
