Chanel opens its second home in the heart of Milan, between via Montenapoleone and via Verri. The first Italian boutique dedicated to Fashion, Watchmaking and Jewellerycompleting the historic headquarters located in via Sant’Andrea, will offer guests an engaging experience thanks to a selection of bags displayed in niches alongside a variety of footwear, bijoux, glasses, scarves and small leather goods creations.
The new space, 520 square meters on several floors, says it is ready to welcome different sections that will host the precious creations of the maison. Like the one dedicated toWatchmaking and jewellery, enhanced by elegant glass and metal consoles and illuminated by rock crystal and golden metal chandeliers by Goossens which give a refined Art Deco tone. For the occasion the spectacular will be exceptionally presented collier 55.55 from the “N°5” High Jewelery collection – with a sparkling 55.55-carat set and cut-to-size diamond – a permanent element of the Maison’s historical High Jewelery heritage.

The two upper floors, dedicated to accessories and the latest collections Ready-to-wearreveal the same esprit refined. The first floor features a full range of accessories in a bright, high-ceilinged environment punctuated by sumptuous sitting areas, while the second floor is a lounge dedicated to Ready-to-wear which allows guests to discover Creative Director Virginie Viard’s latest fashion collections, in an environment lounge welcoming and convivial. The whole thing is completed by an adjacent private lounge with a test room, accessible via a separate entrance on Via Verri, which offers customers privacy and personalized service.
For this project, Peter Marino who continues to harmoniously reinterpret the aesthetic codes of the Maison throughout the world, projected the Parisian elegance and timeless modernity of CHANEL into a new environment sublimated by sumptuous personalized touches such as upholstery, elegant tweeds in shades ivory and sand, hand finishes and luxurious wool carpets.
