The Athens Stock Exchange announces, in continuation of announcement of 27/07/2022 of the company “ELLAKTOR S.A.” regarding the results of the optional public offer for the acquisition of all the company’s shares, the change of the Free Float coefficient of its shares to 24% from 40% in all indices in which the company’s shares participate.
More specifically, the change will affect the composition of the following indicators:
• A.A. General Price Index
• Total Return Index of the General Index A.X.
• ATHEX Select Plus Index
• ATEX ESG indicator
• FTSE/X.A. Large Cap
• FTSE/XA Market Index
• FTSE/XA Construction & Materials
Also, the weight factor of the company’s shares in the ATHEX ESG Index will change to 21.36% from 35.60%.
The changes will take effect from the meeting on Tuesday 2 August 2022.
