The name of the company is given in English as: “Premia Real Estate Investment Company Societe Anonyme” with the distinctive title “Premia Properties”.
The Ministry of Development and Investment with no. 2624982AP / 24-05-2022 his decision approved the amendment of the relevant article of the Company’s Articles of Association.
The Corporate Operations Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange at its meeting of 03/06/2022 was informed of the above decision.
Following the above, with a decision of the company, it is stipulated that from 07/06/2022, the name of the company on the Athens Stock Exchange changes to “Premia Real Estate Investment Societe Anonyme” with the distinctive title “Premia Properties”.
