Changpeng Zhao poisoned a letter to his former employees

The former CEO of the cryptocurrency exchange Binance, Changpeng Zhao, sent a letter to the company’s employees after his dismissal. This was reported by Wu Blockchain with reference to the note.

“It is certainly a difficult day for me to go through this unfamiliar process while being completely (12 hours) inhibited and without access to a phone for most of the day in court,” CZ wrote.

Zhao added that everything will be fine with Binance. He said the company will have to endure some pain, but it will survive. CZ also said that there will be changes in the structure, but it won’t be too bad.

“To lighten the mood a little, a famous line from Star Trek (2009) comes to mind. “I need everyone to continue to work great,” summed up the former head of the exchange.

In addition, he called for Richard Tang to help step into his new role as CEO of Binance.

On November 21, Binance and its founder were found guilty of a number of charges. Zhao resigned as head of the company and will pay a separate fine. He is out on $175 million bail and can leave the country, but must return two weeks before sentencing.
