Charles Hoskinson: We are preparing the integration of Litecoin into the Cardano blockchain

Cardano Blockchain founder Charles Hoskinson spoke about the negotiations, the result of which should be an agreement with the representative of the decentralized finance market (Defi) – the Litecoin crypto project.

Litecoin can be involved in the deployment of a new Cardano – Midnight confidentiality protocol – it is designed to maintain the advantages of an open registry. Sadchan Midnight can increase liquidity between networks and attract users in Defi from both ecosystems, the authors of the project believe.

Hoskinson spoke about his many years of cooperation with the founders of Litecoin Charlie Lee (Charlie Lee) and Bobby Lee (Bobby Lee) and made it clear that the integration of Litecoin with Cardano could begin in the near future.

Hoskinson assured that both Cardano and Litecoin work stably, which means they are one of the most powerful blockchains of the first level. The Cardano and Litecoin association should make decentralized applications more affordable, providing more transactions, increasing the functionality of Cardano, and over time increasing the cost of ADA cryptocurrency, Hoskinons believes.

Now the ADA coin is traded at $ 0.7337. The daily volume of bidding was reduced by 31%, to $ 753.7 million, and the ADA market capitalization is $ 25.9 billion. If Cardano is integrating with Litecoin, this may push the ADA to growth.

At the beginning of the year, Hoskinson spoke about plans to integrate Bitcoin into the Cardano system. As for the Ethereum blockchain, Hoskinnson does not really believe in his prospects, even though the ether takes second place in capitalization on crypto. Hoskinson believes that the etherium will live for no more than 15 years, because its strength is taken by the second -level solutions.
