Yesterday we reported that Chery has raised prices for its entire range of cars in Russia. At the same time, the press service of the company noted that cars have risen in price by an average of 25%.
Now, the specialized publication “Chinese Automobiles” has published an interesting table that clearly demonstrates the dynamics of changes in prices for Chery cars in Russia in recent years. And this dynamic is depressing.

From February 6 to March 29, prices for Chery cars in Russia increased by 44-61%, depending on the model. Popular crossovers Chery Tiggo 7 Pro and 8 Pro have risen in price by an average of a million rubles.
Chery Tiggo 8 Pro, even in the initial configuration, has risen in price by 1.22 million rubles. This money would have been enough to buy Chery Tiggo 4 back in early February.

It remains to be hoped that prices will go down if the ruble maintains its current position against the dollar and the euro.
