Chiara Ferragni and Fedez, their (dream) house on Lake Como is for sale

A new chapter is added to the separation between Chiara Ferragni and Fedez. Villa Matildathe luxurious residence on Lake Como purchased by the Ferragnez not even a year ago five million eurosit would be in sale. The news, first released by Selvaggia Lucarelli, is going around the Web and filling the pages of newspapers. Why Villa Matilda – a house on three levels with swimming pool and infinity pool and a park of approximately 1000 square meters – it was the dream home of the former couple formed by Chiara and Fedez.

The two had bought it in January 2023 and spent their first family weekend there in July. Less than a year later everything changed. «The dream of the large house in Como purchased not even a year ago by the Ferragnez family (apparently from Fedez) also ends. Villa Matilda is for sale. The villa is accessible from the lake (and with quite a few difficulties from the ground, which makes it uncomfortable”, writes Lucarelli in his Instagram Stories. Who was the first to uncover the pandoro-gate that overwhelmed Ferragni and who has just dedicated a book to Chiara and Fedez entitled The Pandora's Box. Rise and fall of the Ferragnez.

In his Stories, Lucarelli also published the screenshot of the real estate advert relating to Villa Matilda. Advertisement which reads: «On the splendid setting of Lake Como, luxurious residence, designed by architects Filippo Fiora and Federico Sigali, characterized by a classic style in perfect harmony with simplicity, where the watchword is light. The infinity pooltailor-made to integrate into the park space of approximately one thousand square metres, makes the property exclusive, creating a unique atmosphere.”

The description continues by giving other details about the residence: «Through a path that descends along the park you have theaccess to the villa distributed over three floors. The main body, of approximately 400 square meters, is arranged on two levels: on the ground floor there is the living area with dining room, living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. From here you can access the lake via an underground dock with service area. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.” The negotiation, as stated in the announcement, is confidential.

Only last October Chiara proudly showed off on Instagram the interiors of the luxurious home that bears the name of the Ferragnez dog, who died the previous July. A few months earlier, Ferragni, showing the exterior of the new house, had written on social media: «Our dream». Now, unfortunately, that dream seems to have been definitively shattered.
