There Chiara Ferragni’s new ultra-luxury home in Milan, the “house of life” for her and her husband Fedez, is almost ready. And after showing the inspection of the construction site in the exclusive CityLife district of Milan on social media in July, now the queen of Italian influencers has taken her followers on a guided tour of the apartmenta penthouse on the top floor of a brand new building.
On Instagram Chiara Ferragni posted several images of the apartment, explaining that «lThe new house is almost ready». And in the shots published on social media, the entrepreneur showed some of the rooms.
There are many particular details of the new residence. In one room there is a particular floor, with a texture which, despite being in shades of brown, is very reminiscent of a sun (and in fact is very similar to the military naval flag of Japan) and rounded walls; another with the same pattern on the ceiling, but this time with the yellow “sun” on a white background and a chandelier hanging from the center of the figure.
And then a bright living room in which you can glimpse what appears to be a fireplace, a Barbie-style bathroom in shades of pink (“Vitto’s bathroom”he explains in the Stories), and another in which you can see a hydromassage tub installed near a mirrored wall, while on the other side, reflected, you can see two twin sinks carved into a block of marble.
Inside the attic, then, there is an elegant and sinuous white brick staircase which connects the two levels of the apartment. And finally, in what could be the entrance, a vintage Toile wallpaper in which you can glimpse a fantasy with palm trees, bridges and villas.
