That in Los Angeles, for Chiara Ferragni, could have been a possible life. For a while she lived there, for a while she worked on it. But then things went differently and today the home-base for her family has effectively become Milan.
And so she decided to put up for sale the apartment that the digital entrepreneur bought in 2017 in LA. A dream home, estimated at 2,699,000 dollars (2,551,958 euros).
All on one floor, the house dates from 1918 and is located on a highly sought-after tree-lined street in historic Spaulding Square. With four bedrooms, three bathrooms, wide-plank oak floors, a fully equipped new kitchen, custom wallpaper and marble tiles, it is a master accommodation that the agency immediately showed off, photo by photo.
The decision to sell the house in Los Angeles was taken, according to the founder of the same Chiara Ferragni, to “invest the money obtained in a holiday home near Milan”. And there are those who are already sure that they are looking at Lake Como.
