Chiara Francini throws himself into the world of variety. From April 10th in prime time on Rai 1 the actress who thrilled the audience of Sanremo in 2023 with her monologue on motherhood, she launches into her first one woman show of his titled career Strong and Clear. «I tell about myself, about my life as normal as it is extraordinary, as everyone's life is», explains Chiara with her usual enthusiasm, «I am profoundly peasant, provincial and Italian. I like the idea of sharing my little story of joys and reflections with the public. Everything that you will see is mine”, she underlines, «it will be a true, authentic and not perfect story, because perfection disgusts me».
Chara Francini will dance, singwill act taking inspiration from the best-seller of the same name and from the show that is touring theaters throughout Italy. He will talk about his first kiss and his last disappointment, of the afternoons of an adolescence full of hope to that feeling of feeling wrong. «Yes, I always feel inadequate and different even today. Thank God!”, she says, “it's a feeling that concerns everyone and I consider it a value.”
Chiara will be joined by many guests, “which I respect both on a professional and human level”, he underlines, “in short they are not put there like chewing gum”. In the first episode (of three) they are Luca Argentero, Nino Frassica, Marco Masini, Lillo, his Tuscan compatriots Carlo Conti, Leonardo Pieraccioni and Giorgio Panariello, Laura Chiatti and Cardinal Ravasi. «Ravasi is a man of profound culture, who always has an attentive eye on the female question, we will dialogue with him», declares Chiara. And then there will be a secret ingredient that will characterize the unpredictability of the show: His name is Rollone and he is the Wednesday night woman's red cat.
In this show, strictly live, anything could happen. «Everything is possible», says Chiara, «truth, freedom and sincerity will guide me». Pieces of life will alternate with songs, funny moments and reflections. «This is the swing of life, isn't it?». Was the multitalented actress inspired by any variety show from the past? «I could never compare myself to Loretta Goggi, Anna Marchesini, Franca Valeri or Raffaella Carrà. I hope to be dirtied a little by all of them.”
That Strong and Clear Is it an audition for the next Sanremo? «Just thinking about it gives me a headache», replies Francini. «Now I only think about this show which is the greatest and most generous thing that has been given to me».
