The tragic man was plowing his field with the tractor on June 23, when the two children started shooting at him, according to county sheriff Mike Crenshaw.
Both children threw the rifle at him, so the prosecution blames both the 8-year-old and the 9-year-old for the death of the farmer.
In fact, according to state law, they are both too young to be held in a reformatory, so they were released under the supervision of their parents.
The prosecutor’s office has not released their names, also refusing to go into details about the creepy case.
