The initiative was supported by the MPRJ Digital Evidence and Technology Division (Dedit/Ci2). Experts made technical visits to stadiums to evaluate the camera system and suggest improvements for the monitoring and recognition of the authors.

The action also has the support of the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) and the South American Confederation (Conmebol).
