Chinese automakers exported 1.79 million vehicles in January-November, more than doubling exports from the same period last year, according to industry figures.
Boosted by overseas demand for new energy technology vehicles, Chinese car exports recorded an annual increase of 59.1% to 200,000 vehicles in November alone, according to data from the China Association of Vehicle Manufacturers.
Exports of passenger cars recorded an annual increase of 71.2% to 170,000 units last month, while exports of commercial vehicles recorded an annual increase of 13% to 30,000 units.
Exports of new energy technology vehicles jumped 189.9% from the previous year, to 37,000 units in November.
