China: ‘Conspiracy’ to send military aid to Russia

A Chinese Defense Ministry spokesman said today that the allegation that China had sent military aid to Russia was a “clear conspiracy”.

Both Beijing and Moscow have denied the allegations.

Gossip that has been spread repeatedly by the US against China has revealed their awful intentions, said Wu Qian, a spokesman for the Chinese Ministry of Defense.

“We urge the US to immediately stop this heinous slander and to seriously consider its dishonest role in the ongoing Ukrainian crisis,” Wu said. .

Earlier, China’s Defense Ministry said it was completely false to say that China “knew in advance” about Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and that such allegations were slanderous.

The ministry’s comment came in response to foreign media reports that China had ignored US warnings that Russia would attack Ukraine.

China strongly disagrees with the allegations made by the United States to “abdicate its responsibilities and slander” China, the Chinese Ministry of Defense said in a statement.
