Yesterday, February 13, the Chinese automotive brand Tank officially announced the start of sales in Russia of the Tank 300 SUV, which motorists have already nicknamed the “Chinese Niva” on the network. This vehicle is advertised by the manufacturer as a full-fledged and very practical SUV that can overcome mud, snowdrifts and other troubles outside the asphalt surface due to all-wheel drive with the ability to use a reduction gear and a connected front axle. At the same time, the SUV received a fairly practical body with plastic lining and decent ground clearance.
At the moment, the SUV is presented in the Russian market in two trim levels – Adventure and Premium. True, it is worth noting right away that under the hood of a new car for the country there are no differences depending on the configuration – both options come with a 2-liter turbocharged engine with 220 horsepower with an eight-speed automatic gearbox. And although the engine power is really impressive, the SUV turned out to be very economical – in the combined cycle it consumes 10.7 liters per 100 kilometers, having a cruising range on one tank (80 liters) up to 750 kilometers. In addition, even the basic equipment, which is sold for 3,699,000 rubles, will appeal to a potential buyer with a very rich set of bonuses.

For example, even in the base there is a sunroof, two displays (dashboard and multimedia system) with a diagonal of 12.3 inches, 9 speakers, support for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, as well as an advanced surround view system, keyless entry and even traffic sign recognition technology. The manufacturer even implemented in this version a start-stop system, dual-zone climate control and adaptive cruise control, which is also good news. Leather interior and lighting completes the list of advantages of the basic version, while the Premium version uses curtain airbags, a more advanced audio system, there is a gearbox protection, and the interior is made of nappa leather.
