Greece in 2022 achieved a significant rise in the global ranking of startup ecosystems, according to a report by the body for evaluation and recording of innovation ecosystems – StartupBlink.
This was stated in a post on social media by the Deputy Minister of Development and Investment, Christos Dimas, noting his satisfaction with the evaluation but adding that “we still have a long way to go to reach the desired levels”.
Specifically, the Undersecretary states: “Greece in 2022 achieved a significant increase in the global ranking of startup ecosystems, according to a report by the body for evaluation and recording of innovation ecosystems – StartupBlink.
Startup Blink is a source of information on innovation ecosystems around the world and studies their performance, evaluating three key criteria.
“We are particularly pleased to see the ranking of the Greek innovation ecosystem improve in terms of quantity, quality, extroversion and effectiveness, but we still have a long way to go to reach the desired levels.”
