More than 640 joint research projects between Greece and Germany have been implemented recently, in the framework of collaborations, as stated the Deputy Minister of Development and Investment Christos Dimas at the 2nd Innovation Forum “Innovation leads developments”, organized by the Hellenic-German Chamber.
In his greeting, the Undersecretary noted the following: “The Greek-German bilateral agreement on research and innovation, which begins in 1978, is an example of excellent cooperation.
The synergies that are already being developed between the scientific, research community and the companies of the two countries are yielding significant results, having implemented over 640 joint research projects.
Recently, my German counterpart Thomas Rachel and I signed in Athens the declaration of intent for the implementation of the 3rd Greek-German research and innovation program, which aims to further strengthen our cooperation.
Today at the 2nd Innovation Forum 2021 “Innovation Leads Developments”, organized by the German Hellenic Chamber of Industry and Commerce, I spoke about the deepening of our cooperation in research and innovation, as well as the opportunities and tools that the Greek innovation ecosystem “.
