Globo's contractual changes

Recently, Globo adopted a new contract model, in which former employees of the broadcaster can return for other projects.

An example of this is Fátima Bernardes who was no longer part of the station's contract staff in December last year, however, announced in February this year that he will work on a project basis at the station, already having in hand the project for a new venture.

“When leaving the Meeting , I have already renewed the company's new work format for certain work. At that moment, we renewed to present the realities The Voice Brasil It is Kids “, he explained in an Instagram post at the time.

Without a link with the broadcaster, Fátima Bernardes will still be able to carry out side projects until her new program on Globo premieres.
