A stopwatch, also known as a chronometer or chronograph, is a watch with one or more hands that can be stopped or started at any time and is used to accurately measure time, such as in racing. The countdown timer allows you to count down the time from the set value to zero.
Chronometer is a reliable, easy-to-use timekeeping app, ideal for a variety of activities such as running, exercising, cooking, playing or working. Its features include a stopwatch and a countdown timer. The app will continue to count down in the background if minimized.
- Stopwatch (chronometer, chronograph). The stopwatch function allows you to measure elapsed time. With the appropriate buttons, the stopwatch can be started, paused, resumed and reset. By clicking on the “Lap” button, you can record the current time. In landscape mode, in addition to the elapsed time, you can see the number of laps, the last lap time and the current lap time.
- Time. As you record a lap on the stopwatch, its time will be added to the list on the Time tab. The circles are ordered in descending order. For each lap in the list, you can see the lap number, elapsed time, and lap time. The elapsed time is the time elapsed from the start of the measurement until the moment the circle was added. The lap time is the time elapsed since adding to the previous lap. At the bottom of the screen, you can see the average lap time. The “Save” button is located on the action bar and allows you to share your list of laps by sending it through one of the applications installed on the device (Gmail, Dropbox, Drive, Facebook, etc.).
- Countdown timer. The countdown timer function allows you to start a timer. With the appropriate buttons, the countdown can be started, paused, resumed and reset. When the time is up, you will receive a notification according to your settings: beep, vibration, and/or notification bar message (if the app is running in the background). The “Set Timer” button is located in the top panel, which allows you to quickly start the timer. In landscape mode, in addition to the time, you can see the date and time when the countdown will be completed.
