The city of São Paulo has special times for vaccination against Covid-19 during Carnival days.
This Monday (28) and Tuesday (1st), immunization in the capital of São Paulo takes place from 8 am to 7 pm, for children aged 5 to 11 years, adolescents and adults, in Basic Health Units (UBSs) and Outpatient Medical Assistance. (AMAs) integrated.
On Ash Wednesday (2), vaccination is still available at AMAs and UBSs at the same time. From noon, the entire network will vaccinate again, including megaposts and drive-thrus until 5 pm.
Documentation required
Children must be accompanied by a guardian over 18 years of age and present identification document (preferably CPF), vaccination card and proof of address.

Facultative point
The City Hall of São Paulo decreed an optional point between February 28 and March 2, at 12:00. The measure changed the opening hours of some units in the capital.
Hospitals and emergency rooms, 24-hour Ambulatory Medical Assistance (AMAs), Emergency Care Units (UPAs), Psychosocial Care Center for Alcohol and Drugs IV Redenção (Caps AD IV) and Samu remain open and operating normally.
The Basic Health Units (UBSs) will be closed – operating only for vaccination against Covid-19 in the integrated units, Coexistence and Cooperative Centers (Ceccos) and Specialized Rehabilitation Centers (CERs), Specialized Municipal Network (RME) in infections sexually transmitted STIs/AIDS.
The 12pm AMAs will be open this Monday, Shrove Tuesday and Ash Wednesday (2), until 7pm. Day Hospitals (HDs) and Psychosocial Care Centers III (Caps III) will only work with internal demands, without opening to the public. Specialty AMAs and Specialty Outpatient Clinics (AEs) will be closed on Monday and Tuesday.
The three units of veterinary hospitals in the North, South and East will work normally on Monday (28) and Wednesday (2), and will be closed on Tuesday (1).
