Passengers will need the Bilhete Único: the fare will not be charged to the validator. If you don’t have one yet, the conductor or driver will allow the passenger to pass through the turnstile. “The turnstile will be usable and the passenger who holds a single ticket will have access. For users who do not have a Bilhete Único, the conductor has an on-board ticket that will release the turnstile.”, explained the CEO of SPTrans, Levi Oliveira.
