The Citymobil service team announced the launch of a new useful feature in the application for drivers – partners of the service.
Now, self-service car washes for cars have become available on the interactive map of the city in Citystart (Citymobil for drivers). Taxi drivers can pay for washing directly from their personal account, without waiting for the funds to be withdrawn to their account.
Access to car washes works similarly to contactless refueling: just select a post at a self-service car wash, charge the required amount from the account in the application and make a payment.
Specially for the launch of a new feature in the application for drivers, Citymobil urban mobility service conducted a survey among 1,700 active taxi users and found out how often passengers pay attention to the appearance and cleanliness of cars and what the condition of their car says about the driver. Almost 40% of survey participants are sure that drivers of dirty cars drive aggressively and dangerously, and users are ready to leave more tips for drivers in clean cars.
