The cabinet has announced that it will coordinate actions for climate events and will have representatives of public service companies, water and energy dealers for an effective response.
According to the Civil Defense, public service regulatory companies, representatives of water and energy concessionaires also operate in the cabinet for a prompt response, if necessary.
The Emergency Management Center (CGE) also issued a special bulletin on weather conditions, which will be caused by the passage of a cold front with rain showers, lightning and gusts from Sunday (26).
Expected rain volumes vary by region. The main highlights are the capital, the metropolitan region of São Paulo, the Paraíba Valley, the Serra da Mantiqueira, the North Coast, Campinas and Sorocaba, Baixada Santista, Vale do Ribeira, Itapeva region, franca, Barretos, Ribeirão Preto, Bauru and Araraquara. These regions are those that can record high intensity rain, with accumulated high.
In the regions of Presidente Prudente, Marília, Araçatuba and São José do Rio Preto, the forecast is rain of moderate intensity. However, as in the rainfall regions with strong intensity, accumulated can also be high.
