The Homicide Police Station in Feira de Santana, Bahia, is investigating the authorship and motivation for the murder of Marcos Edilho Pereira Marinho.
According to the Civil Police, the investigation is in the initial phase. Police officers limit the details to avoid interference in the course of the investigation.
The 39-year-old businessman was hit by gunshots on Sunday (12), when he was in front of a restaurant.
Moments before the crime, he even posted photos inside the establishment.
According to witnesses, a car approached and the occupants of that vehicle fired several shots.
Marcos Marinho was CEO of a business consultancy, but he also acted as an influencer on social networks. On Instagram alone, he had over 1 million followers.
On the networks, the businessman used to record trips, business and leisure time with his family. He also had pictures with airguns in shooting ranges.
wanted by CNN the Império do Porco restaurant, the last place where the businessman was before he was killed, reported that he will not comment on what happened.
