Civil Police indicates forming from UFRGS that painted swastika on the face

The Civil Police indicated the student of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) Vinícius Krug de Souza for nazism apology. Delegate Tatiana Bastos, ahead of the investigation, concluded that, in addition to the symbol it is a “gamated cross”, a Hindu symbol appropriated by the Nazis, the other drawings on the student’s face also binds on Nazism, and their use by extremist groups is not uncommon. In addition, according to the police, Krug would have chosen for graduation a song that makes strong references to the apology for Nazism.

Computers and mobile phones were seized during the investigation and undergo expertise.

Apology for Nazism is a crime in Brazil, as provided by Law 7.716/89, and constitutes a serious violation of democratic principles and human rights, with a predicted penalty of up to 5 years imprisonment.
