The American Civil Liberties Union said it will sue Joe Biden's administration over its new executive action authorizing the temporary closure of the U.S.-Mexico border to asylum seekers crossing the border. illegally.

“We are not saying that everyone has the right to asylum, but we made a solemn promise after the Second World War: we would never send people back without at least examining them,” Gelernt highlighted.
