Users of operators Claro, Vivo and TIM complained of lack of mobile phone signal this Friday morning (16).
In Downdetector, which monitors complaints about the functioning of websites and apps, the three operators are highlighted in user reports that indicate problems with the services. The tool reports incidents when the number of problem reports is significantly higher than the usual volume at a given time of day.
To CNN, Claro said that customers in some regions of São Paulo may have had difficulty accessing mobile services this morning and “reinforces that its technical teams worked promptly and services were restored”.
Vivo and TIM were sought out, but have not yet positioned themselves.

Starting Friday with no sign of @ClaroBrasil. People pay dearly for the mobile internet service that is constantly fluctuating… regrettable!
