Clubhouse will help selected speakers with monetizing conversations in the service

On March 14, social networking site Clubhouse announced a new app that will provide financial assistance and expertise to select speakers. Called Clubhouse Creator First, the program will help creators around the world have engaging conversations, grow audiences, and monetize their efforts.

Paul Davison, co-founder of Clubhouse, noted that the social network seeks to morally and financially support 20 speakers who want to make their creative ideas a reality. The company is ready to send the necessary equipment to the authors, assist in creating a unique concept and even organize meetings to find new sponsors. Paul Davison also added that Clubhouse will provide select members with a guaranteed monthly income of at least $ 5,000.

At the moment, Clubhouse continues to look for ambitious speakers who are ready to have interesting conversations. Users who wish to join the program can apply through the form found on the company’s personal Twitter page. In this system, you need to specify some personal data and information about the type of content created. Those interested should also provide a demo version of the future show: a three-minute audio file.

It is worth noting that the company has also updated the service application. Now Clubhouse users do not need to allow access to their contact list to send invitations to the club: they just need to enter the phone number of the desired contact.

For reference: Clubhouse is a social network that is completely based on audio chats. Application users can create special rooms for communication of several people at once. Conversations are not recorded, and therefore it will not be possible to listen to a chat that has already ended. It’s like a live podcast. The program is quite popular in Arab countries, where all media data are strictly controlled by the authorities, and commentators can be arrested for their statements.

However, not all countries are ready to host Clubhouse in their online space. In February 2021, China became the first country to block this social network. On March 15, 2021, the Omani government also banned an app that it believes works without a proper license.
