Johnny is a radio reporter who is very busy with a project that takes him around America to interview children about the uncertain future of our world. When his sister Viv asks him to look after his 8-year-old son, Jesse, Johnny finds himself on a journey with his nephew that will take them from Los Angeles to New York and, finally, to New Orleans. This is the premise from which he starts C’mon C’mon, the new film by Mike Mills premiered at the Rome Film Fest that we will see at the cinema next March.
