The National Industry Confederation launched, this Thursday (20), the National Industry Observatory, a large database that gathers information on the economy, labor market, education and health.
The space will have the role of subsidizing industries to analyze data for strategic decision making.
According to the president of CNI, Robson Braga de Andrade, the observatory works with artificial intelligence and algorithms capable of collecting data and providing information for the expansion of the industrial sector.
The tool will also be used to define strategies and priorities for the Social Service for Industry (SESI), the National Service for Industrial Learning (SENAI) and the Euvaldo Lodi Institute (IEL).
In the opinion of the general director of SENAI, Rafael Lucchesi, the use of technology is fundamental for the continuous and sustainable growth of the industry.
The national observatory will link to state databases. Currently, six states (Ceará, Paraná, Santa Catarina, Goiás, Mato Grosso and Rio Grande Do Norte) have observatories in operation. The idea is, from now on, to integrate the work between all units of the federation.
This Thursday, CNI representatives presented the platform to the press, which will be able to access the data upon request.
