CNN 200+: Evolution of Brazilian society

The episode of the CNN 200+ series “The Evolution of Brazil – Society” seeks to reflect what shapes and unites us as Brazilians throughout the Bicentennial of Independence.

Throughout the chapter, the anchor of the CNN Luciana Barreto goes to the Brazilian Academy of Letters (ABL), in Rio de Janeiro, to interview the immortal Domício Proença Filho.

The conversation is not restricted to ABL, but also addresses the representation of evolution and social inclusion, the origins of our language, with its social and political uses.
