John Berman, from CNNsaw smoke rising from behind a hill near the Ukrainian city of Lviv, Ukraine, on Saturday (26), after a series of three explosions.
“We don’t see any attacks in the city itself, but smoke rising from the horizon behind that hill after three big explosions,” Berman told viewers.

“The housing infrastructure did not work. All relevant services are working on site. I ask everyone to be aware of the alarm”, wrote the mayor on a social network.
Firefighters working at the scene are trying to contain the flames.
Earlier, the team CNN heard air raid sirens. US President Joe Biden is in Warsaw, which is 400 kilometers from Lviv.
On his Facebook profile, the governor of Lviv, Maxim Kozytsky, said that there were two missile attacks in the locality and that five people were injured in the offensive.
“Don’t walk in the street! Do not take pictures of anything! Do not read information on anonymous telegram channels and do not share from there,” the Ukrainian official said on his Facebook page.
According to the correspondent of CNN Don Lemon, the city’s mayor, also made an appeal for people to go to shelters built in World War II.
