Another restaurant I love in town is Puddle. The house is very cozy and the food is fantastic. Chefs Tuca Mezzomo and Pedro Ribeiro use charcoal to perfection and manage to extract the best flavor from food.

For a complete experience, here I also recommend the tasting menu (R$ 250), which is served in eight stages – four starters, two mains, pre-dessert and dessert – and features creations based on southern influences with fresh items.

THE akan was a recent discovery and has already become one of my favorite restaurants in Pinheiros. The house has the premise of a functional cuisine, which prioritizes organic products from local producers with a philosophy of being a food linked to well-being and health.

In addition to being delicious, the chef’s dishes Mystic Michelle a are works of art – after all, we also eat with our eyes. The menu has several gluten-free and lactose-free options.

For starters, be sure to order the bruschetta quartet. As a main dish, I recommend the white fish moqueca with plantain and coconut rice (R$49), which is invigorating and has a velvety tomato-based sauce, paprika, coconut milk and white fish. If you want, the vegetarian version is also served with peach palm instead of fish.
