Coca-Cola HBC announced on Tuesday that its subsidiary, CC Beverages Holdings II BV, has reached a binding agreement to acquire ESM Effervescent Sodas Management Limited (Three Cents) from SICC Holding Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of IDEAL Holdings. According to the relevant announcement, the value of the transaction amounts to 45 million euros and is subject to adjustments, on the date of completion of the transaction.

The company IDEAL Holdings S.A. (the “Company”) announces, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and article 19 of Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 and after a relevant notification by its 100% Cypriot subsidiary, S.I.C.C. Holding Limited (the “SICC“), that a binding agreement was signed by the latter, with CC Beverages Holdings II BV (the “CCBHC“), a company of the Coca-Cola HBC AG group, for the sale of 100% of the share capital of ESM Effervescent Sodas Management Limited (“Three cents“). The value of the transaction amounts to 45 million euros and subject to adjustments, on the date of completion of the transaction. Completion of the transaction is subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals, which are expected to be received during the second half of the year. The Company will make a further announcement when the transaction is completed.
