Coca Cola Santa Santa. Raises the stock market

With Coca Cola offering significant support with its strong rise, the Athens Stock Exchange manages to move with small profits today, against the general negative sign of most of its titles.

In particular, the General Index records gains of 0.48% at 893.58 points, while the turnover is at 2.9 million euros and the volume at 0.8 million units. The FTSE 25 also recorded an increase of 0.50%, to 2,148.43 points, while the banking index lost 0.31% to 573.70 points.

After yesterday -2.19%, Coca Cola today is making strong gains, supporting the levels in a market dominated by caution due to the huge spread of the Omicron variant of Covid 19 in the community. Of course, the signal given by Coca Cola from the first minutes seems to be “favored” by both Eurobank and OTE, the also heavyweights who can make a difference today.

Of course, trading remains very low, making soft moves crucial due to the shallowness. The market is trying to move away from the near support of 886 units, so as not to try the main one just one unit lower. The reaction he seeks will have to cross the 896 points, in order to test the make or break level of 904 points.
