Cold front expected to keep temperatures low in São Paulo this Tuesday (30)

THE cold front that crosses the Southeast keeps temperatures low in São Paulo this Tuesday (30). According to meteorologists, the minimum temperature in the capital of São Paulo can be below 10 °C.

Climatempo data indicate that the day should start cloudy and with drizzle in the city of São Paulo, and temperatures vary between 9 °C and 16 °C. During the day, the sun may appear between the clouds, but it does not heat up.

“In the capital, the sun can appear with a lot of cloud variation, but the cold winds that blow from the ocean will keep temperatures low all day,” said Climatempo.

The cold weather begins to lose strength from Wednesday (31), and temperatures gradually rise in the afternoon, in the state of São Paulo.

The cold front that crosses the Southeast should lose strength, but a new mass of cold air that forms in the South should drop temperatures again over the weekend, explains meteorologist Maria Clara Sassaki, from Climatempo.

“It’s a temperature seesaw,” he says.
