‘Collaboration’: Submission of applications for April begins

The submission of applications for the Employment Enhancement Mechanism SYN-ERASIA (Phase A) for the month of April starts tomorrow, April 1, following the extension of the program until May 31, 2022.

For the period April – May 2022, in “SYN-ERGASIA” are included the employees who have a dependent employment relationship, full time as of October 31, 2021 (the data of which are taken from PS ERGANI) in companies that meet the financial data that will defined in the relevant ministerial decision, which remain the same as those in force for the period January – March 2022.

Particularly:

A: For the month of April 2022 – DECISION COOPERATION, to companies – employers wishing to join the Mechanism, it is possible to submit declarations “APPLICATION / DECLARATION FOR INCLUSION IN THE MECHANISM” COOPERATION “(ADAPTATION)” and “APPLICATION / DECLARATION FOR INCLUSION IN THE MECHANISM in advance any change or modification of the organization of working time through the form E4: Table of Personnel – Supplementary Hours of employees included in the MECHANISM, from the 1st to the 30th of April 2022.

B. For the month of March 2022 – PHASE 2 COOPERATION, it is possible to submit declarations “APPLICATION / DECLARATION FOR INCLUSION IN THE MECHANISM” COOPERATION “(BY PHASE)” and “APPLICATION / DECLARATION FOR INCLUSION IN THE MECHANISM” COOPERATION “from 8 to 22”

C. For the month of February 2022- FIRST PHASE COOPERATION (NEW DEADLINE)

It is possible to submit to PS ERGANI the declarations “APPLICATION / DECLARATION FOR INCLUSION IN THE MECHANISM” COOPERATION “(ADAPTATION)” and “APPLICATION / DECLARATION FOR INCLUSION IN THE ENGINE” (EN) “from companies – employers wishing to join the Mechanism for the month FEBRUARY 2022, who have not submitted B΄ PHASE for the respective month, from the 1st to the 4th of April 2022.

In any case, the obligation remains to notify in advance of any change or modification of the organization of working time through the form E4: Staff – Supplementary Hours of employees who are part of the MECHANISM, for the respective months of membership in the Mechanism.

D. For the month of February 2022 – B΄ PHASE OF COOPERATION (NEW DEADLINE)

It is possible to submit the declarations “APPLICATION / DECLARATION FOR INCLUSION IN THE MECHANISM” COOPERATION “(BY PHASE)” and “APPLICATION / DECLARATION FOR INCLUSION IN THE MECHANISM” FOR ” FEBRUARY 2022, and only for:

– companies that have not submitted a declaration of PHASE II

– companies that have submitted a BASE PHASE statement, exclusively for employees who have been excluded from BASE PHASE payments
from the 5th to the 8th of April 2022.

It is noted that before submitting the form “APPLICATION / DECLARATION FOR INCLUSION IN THE MECHANISM” COOPERATION “(PHASE 2 – CORRECT REVIEW” for employees who were excluded from the payments of the PHASE, PHASE B and selecting the button [Διαχείριση] to be informed about the reasons for exclusion of employees from the payments of PHASE B.

Submission of declarations of suspension of employment contracts of employees by companies in the fire-affected areas of Evia

PS ERGANI will be available from 1/4/2022 until 30/4/2022 for the submission of declarations of suspension of employment contracts of part or all of the employees for the month APRIL 2022, by employers, based on KAD, based or having a branch in areas affected by the fires and which belong to the administrative boundaries of the Municipalities of Istiaia – Edipsos and Mantoudi – Lake Agia Anna of the Regional Unit of Evia, according to the provisions of house number 60622 / 17-8-2021 Joint Ministerial Decision “Six and urgent measures to protect jobs in the affected areas from the natural disasters caused by the fires of August 2021 “(B ‘3816), as in force.

In the suspension declaration form, they select the relevant SPECIAL CASE “Operations affected by the fires of August 2021 based on KAD”.

According to the above JMC, the measure of suspension of employment contracts is completed on 30/4/2022.

Submission of unilateral statements by employees in the earthquake-stricken areas of Crete whose employment contract was terminated

PS ERGANI will be available from 1/4/2022 until 15/4/2022 for the submission of unilateral declarations by employees in companies of the private sector, regardless of sector and business activity in areas in accordance with APPENDIX I of No. 108115/28 -12-2021 Joint Ministerial Decision “Extraordinary and urgent measures for the protection of jobs in the areas of the Region of Crete affected by the earthquake of 27.9.2021” (ΒΔ 6297) belonging to areas of the Region of Crete affected by the earthquake 27th.9.2021, whose employment contract was terminated by termination during the period from 27/9/2021 until 12/11/2021.

The above become beneficiaries of extraordinary financial assistance, as special purpose compensation, from the date of termination of their employment and for a period not exceeding three (3) months.

The relevant application – responsible statement [ειδικό έντυπο: “Αίτηση – Υπεύθυνη Δήλωση εργαζομένων σε επιχειρήσεις-εργοδότες στις πληγείσες περιοχές από  τον σεισμό  27ης/9/2021, των οποίων η σύμβαση εργασίας λύθηκε με καταγγελία κατά το χρονικό διάστημα από 27/9/2021 έως και 12/11/2021”] is submitted monthly on the electronic platform of the special mechanism for supporting employees (supportemployees.services.gov.gr) of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, without requiring a responsible employer statement.
