The connecting link of young people to the career they dream of, as well as companies to new talents, was created by Stefanos and Giannis with CollegeLink, the first and largest Entry-Level employment platform in Greece.

CollegeLink offers recruitment services to companies, as well as employment, vocational guidance and training services for candidates. It started its activity in 2016. It received the preseed financing in 2018 and for the last three years it has been making a 100% increase in turnover per year.

The company survived and came out even stronger in the difficult times of the coronavirus and the continuous lockdown. In the last 12 months it has achieved x3 increase in its revenues and 2x increase in the members of the group.

It has managed to directly help more than 150,000 young people in their job search and to place 5,000+ of them directly in positions relevant to the subject of their studies. At the same time, it serves more than 2,500 companies in the search and selection of staff. All of the above have been achieved by the group of 22 people now, with an average age of 25 years.

Through the Hands Free Recruitment, CollegeLink’s client companies have the ability to attract, select and ultimately add excellent candidates to their team in a very short period of time.

At the same time, through the CollegeLink eLearning Academies, now every young person has the opportunity to be trained by leading professionals in the field in work skills in high demand in the market!

With an extremely affordable cost (avg. Price 270 euros), every young person can access 20-70 hours of online training that is done in Greek from the comfort of his own home and at his own time and pace.

“The fact that you are a ‘company’ of young people who are changing the way the Entry-Level labor market works in Greece and at the same time you are evolving professionally and personally is the most basic and biggest milestone of our course so far”, say Stefanos and Giannis.

Methodology: Out of the more than 100 nominations collected by “Forbes” – either through applications of the interested parties themselves or through proposals from institutions and competent bodies – the editorial team made a first selection and came up with 50. The jury, which consisted of Mr. Spyros Theodoropoulos (CEO of Chipita), Nikos Karamouzis (former President of Eurobank and the Hellenic Banking Association, President of Grant Thornton), Michalis Bletsas (Director of Informatics at MIT Media Lab), Theocharos Filipos Capital.gr, president of Attica Publications), evaluated the 50 candidacies with scores from 1 (lowest) to 4 (highest), based on which the final ranking was formed. The order of publication is defined according to the members’ rating (from highest to lowest) and then alphabetically. Conditions for participation in the list “Forbes 30 Under 30 Greece 2022” were met by those born from 1/1/1992 onwards.
