The managers of the teams stopped him. The boy was diagnosed with the fracture of the malleolus and a suspected zigomed fracture. The attacker was identified by the carabinieri.

And again: «The father of our goalkeeper intervened as manager, together with colleagues and myself. The man was in the grip of a real raptus, we really feared for the safety of our boys. We are still in shock. The goalkeeper came out in an ambulance with a probable broken cheekbone. I expect ordinary justice to take its course. I trust in the federation and human values ​​of Comel and Montone, of the Super Oscar Committee, two people I know and respect. I want to be clear: I am not interested in the result of the game or how the tournament will continue. I am interested in that the values ​​of sport and the safety of the boys are respected. I hope that this episode will become a warning and that nobody will turn to the other side. That from this nightmare is born at least one reflection to grow all the movement ».
