Carlos Enrique Lade Rivas, a former leader of the Medellin Cartel and co -founder, was arrested on Friday on Friday on his return to Colombia from Germany, following a arrest warrant issued by Latin America authorities. Lasson had been sentenced to life in prison in 1988 and an additional 135 years in prison, after a Florida court found him guilty of cocaine trafficking.
