The European Union has already prepared a list of $ 21 billion duties in US products if the two sides do not reach a trade agreement, Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tayyani said in an interview with a newspaper. Tayyani also told the Il Messaggero newspaper that, in order to help the eurozone economy, the European Central Bank must consider a new “quantitative easing” program with bond market and more interest rates.
